Hey everyone, recently there has been a huge demand for me to piece together what superfoods/fruits/veggies/healthy snacks I get and where to buy them.
As a result I will be detailing exactly what I have as staple superfoods around me and brands to get along with the online links & locations I personally go to in Houston for cost effectiveness and high quality...
When it comes to looking and performing good on a physical level and helping the body to not use most of its energy on food, it is important that throughout the day we eat mostly oxygen/water rich plant based sources. Unless you workout many times a day in a testosterone enhancing way. (THE UNDOMESTICATED APPROACH).
With that being said, here are my staple super foods for day to day living. SUPERFOODS I like to add most of them to my green smoothies in the morning, but you can take them straight or get creative with mixing.
Benefits = Experience for yourself or contact me personally by leaving a comment below. NOTE* Superfoods are not supplements, they are RAW FOODS that give no negative withdrawals/side effects when not taking them (Natural wild grown sources): -Raw Black(For Men)/Red(For Both)/Cream (For Both) MACA POWDER 1. Company: SunFood Super Foods 2. Where to buy locally: I get the black maca powder from Vitamine Shoppe, and the Red from Sprouts Farmers Market. 3. Extra Info: Store in cool dry place

4. My experience: The first week of me adding this to my green smoothie, I could not stop farting and it had a horrible stench to it, It flushed out so many gooey like crap out of me. I later did my research and found that the reason why practically everyone goes through this during the beginning stages is because of how much old food particles were stuck in our intestines. 5.
