  1. Tad Bit Of Water

  2. 1 Banana Or 2 If Hungry

  3. 2 Teaspoons Of Cacao Nibs

  4. Tad Bit Of Apple Cider Vinegar

  5. Tad Bit Of Cayenne Pepper

  6. Tad Bit Of Himalayan Pink Salt

  7. 2 Teaspoons Of Raw Spirulina Powder

  8. 3 Teaspoons Of Raw Baobab Fruit Powder (Optional for extra natural energy)

  9. 1-2 Teaspoons Of Raw Maca Powder (a must have for anti-inflammatory/energy purposes)

  10. 2-3 Teaspoons Of Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds

  11. 1 Turmeric Nugget (skinned)

  12. A Tad Bit Of Chopped Frozen Mango

  13. A Tad Bit Of Frozen Black Berries

  14. A Tad Bit Of Blueberries

  15. A Tad Bit Of Strawberries

  16. I Also Use About 2-3 Cube Diced Frozen Papaya

  17. A Tad Bit Of LIFEWAY Madagascar Vanilla Kiefer Or Get Plain Keifer If You Are Overweight

  18. A Hand Full Or 2 Of Frozen KALE

  19. I Also Add A Tad Bit Of Ice In The End For A Frosty Smooth Texture

Total time to make: About 5 min

~Take it on the go or while at home performing routine task

*On occasions I take the soft seed of peaches or apricots and blend them in the mix

WARNING: some people do not digest KALE well, so if you are one of them, I recommend doing spinach instead

*I buy all my fruits whole and FREEZE them, I cut the mangoes and papaya in small pieces

*I buy my kale pre-packaged and put that in the FREEZER *I buy my turmeric in bulk and REFRIGERATE them
