THE OVERLOAD PRINCIPLE
For people like us who are hungry for growth in the next thing. We have to experience some form of pain, or in other words some form of stress to get the growth. Just like diamonds, a woman or man with a dream made reality, or a goal attained is FORGED UNDER PRESSURE.
The thing most people don't understand however is knowing what pain they are capable of handling in order to experience that growth. It is a principle in life, that if one takes on too MUCH STRESS, the amount that cannot be handled, then some form of LOSS will take place, this loss might occur in the form of an injury, an illness, loss of a home, loss of money, or bankruptcy...
The list goes on and on. It is important to take on pain/stress, but more important is understanding which variation of pain/stress we can handle without going crazy or getting injured. This is where the pain scale comes in.

WHICH POINT WILL GET ME RESULTS QUICK WITHOUT INJURY/OVERLOAD?

On a scale from 1-10
1 being there is little to no stress involved.
10 being, I am about to break or die.
We play with pain on the level of 6 or 7. We evaluate how we FEEL when dealing with the task or exercise and make sure is not too TOOOO easy while at the same time NOT TO HARD. Playing with pain on a level of 6-7 on a pain scale from 1-10, is THE GREATEST WAY/RECOMMENDATION in our OPINION to getting rapid results without injury.
With this system/principle in mind, let us make use of the daily stresses in our lives and CONVERT THESE STRESSES INTO DRAMATIC INCREASES!
