The following list was forged by our own personal experiences combined with the practical knowledge that Dr. Sebi has shared on foods that work to give us great energy, and normalize our core PH level.

All of the items listed will inevitably cause the body to perform better when eaten. The body will actually help to reduce stress when consuming this way, which in turn will allow us to have more energy, more time, and more capability to accomplish more throughout the day.
This approach is our primary way of eating Monday-Sunday between workouts, as a snack and many times as a meal... Depending on our evaluation with how our bodies are feeling and looking we even go on month detoxes strictly eating the foods you'll find here along with our staple superfoods for green smoothies.
It is also an important note to make, that a large sum of what we eat should be non-starchy and plant-based which you will find exactly what that looks like in this article. No more wishing for our bodies to look attractive and feel highly functional year round.

While following this approach, understand that all the foods on the list are the best stuff to eat for optimal digestion, performance, and overall body functionality. Eat holistically. This simply means, the fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds must be completely in its natural skin form as if you picked them outside yourself. Your main source of liquid outside of blending fruits & veggies together (if you will), will be a gallon of spring water each day or half your body-weight in ounces of water.
